Purpose of Job
Reporting to the Partnerships & Engagement Manager, the Partnerships and Engagement (P&E) Executive is responsible for the sourcing and engaging potential partners and donors for YWCA, as well as coordination and management of charitable donations, fundraising campaigns and outreach to donors for the purpose of philanthropic gifting. He/She will also coordinate YWCA’s membership programmes and maintain membership records and relationships. He/She maintains strong relationships with our Partners, Donors, Members and other Stakeholders and supports YWCA’s community events.
Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Engagment
o Support the management of donor relationships, including the set-up of structured donor engagement processes and maintaining of donor databases.
o Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns such as charity carnivals, flag days, charity dinners, online campaigns and other fundraising events, as well as preparation of donor letters and campaign promotional materials.
o Assist in the establishment and adherence with guidelines for donations, manage the protocols on fundraising based on statutory requirements and performing compliance screenings.
o Support the maintenance of donor databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, including working with Vendors for enhancements on any system.
o Process donations received and work with internal stakeholders in the administration of donations and ensuring compliance with charity governance and regulatory requirements.
o Prepare Management Reports to evaluate effectiveness of fundraising campaigns or impact of donations. Ensure timely submissions of reports to Program Sponsors.
o Work with Marcomms team to develop marketing and publicity materials to support fundraising initiatives and to promote YWCA’s outreach events.
• Membership Relations
o Manage the membership lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and renewals of membership.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for members to continuously improve member experience.
o Manage communication with members, review membership applications and maintain the accuracy of the membership database.

o Enhance member benefits and services that add value to the membership experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing memberships, donations or fundraising, or other equivalent role in support events administration.
• Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong aesthetic and communication, including knowledge of online design tools to develop publicity materials.
• Able to work in evenings / weekends to support fundraising / membership events.
