Requirements

• A minimum degree in Accountancy or related courses of study
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, resourceful and resilient
• Self-driven and a team

• Assist with procurement
• Handle petty cash and invoices
• Verify payment and vendor lists
• Review payment vouchers from facilities
• Check management accounts and financial statements
• Prepare and review budgets, monitor expenses
• Support audit preparations and review finance documents
• Maintain and update Admin and Finance records
• Manage fixed assets, inventory, and item disposal
• Issue cheques and obtain signatures
• Provide secretarial support for meetings
• Perform other ad-hoc duties
