Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
   • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in South Asia and Southeast Asia.

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Define and execute market entry and expansion strategies.

2. Sales Management:

• Drive revenue growth and ensure sales targets are met.
• Establish and manage relationships with customers, negotiating deals and contracts.
• Oversee day-to-day sales activities, focusing on immediate and long-term wins.

3. Hands-On Execution:

• Work independently to set up initial operations, including onboarding distributors and launching products.
• Manage operational tasks such as inventory planning, order management, and sales tracking.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the market and the leadership team.
• Provide detailed reports on performance, market developments, and opportunities.

5. Travel & Representation:

• Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and events across the region.
• Spend up to 15 days per month traveling to meet partners, assess markets, and build relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: MBA from a reputed institution.
• Experience:
• 20+ years in packaged foods and consumer products.
• Proven experience in South Asia and Southeast Asia markets.
• Strong track record of developing markets and driving sales independently.

Job Duties

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognized Degree is preferred.
• Min 6 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects.
• Candidates with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects will also be considered.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individuals with a proven track record in the building industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications,approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works,providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues,discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process.
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation,reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with MOHH or HDB projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards.

Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Interviewing potential employees to determine whether they have the right qualifications and experience for the job

· Ensuring that nightclub security personnel are trained in conflict resolution methods and laws regarding the use of force

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Operations Support
  • Manage pre-matriculation and daily operational matters for Postgraduate Professional Programs
  • Pre-matriculation duties include:
    • Collaborates closely with Recruitment and Admission teams on application timeline to ensure sufficient turnaround time for pre-term administrative works.
    • Gather pre-term administrative information from incoming students for logistics planning.
    • Prepare all pre-matriculation documents for communication to incoming students.
    • Plan and design orientation programme, including operational and logistical arrangements.
    • Co-ordinate with Registrar Office on online matriculation and ID verification.
    • Co-ordinate with relevant offices to arrange for presentation sessions, campus tours, etc. for Orientation
    • Prepare welcome pack.
    • Sources vendors who can provide the appropriate team building and leadership development programme suitable for students.
    • Executes all orientation activities, gathers feedback from students via an online platform, and evaluates external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with program and Registrar policies and guidelines.
• Stakeholders' management
  • Act as a liaison between the Deanery, Academic Director, faculty, staff, and students.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for students.
  • Provide personalized attention to the high-profile executives enrolled in the programs.
  • Address last-minute requests and follow-ups promptly, ensuring a high level of service standards.
• Alumni Relationship Building
  • Recognize the potential high net worth and influential status of the students.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to engage and foster relationships with the alumni.
• Student's Financials
  • Serves as point of contact to students for all tuition fee billing inquiries including grant administration from external parties
  • Reviews the aging report, following up with reminders to students as needed.
  • Resolves finance-related issues with Office of Finance
  • Prepares budget submissions and track expenses for individual cost centers.
• Events Management
  • Support Programme Manager in the administrative, operational, and logistics arrangement of events as and when required, e.g., Conferences/Workshops/Competitions/ Graduation Dinner/ Networking Events/Award Ceremony/Overseas segments

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of related experience or a diploma with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an educational setting will be advantageous.
• Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
• A good team player, independent and initiative.
• Ability to multi-task with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Decisive, with ability to work well under pressure.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Able to work on weekends and weekday evenings when required.
