Responsibilities

The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office management, and administrative tasks. He/she will also provide support to the COO in a wider range of activities including large product launch events featuring celebrities.

The ideal candidate will be a highly proactive and resourceful professional, passionate about building a strong organizational foundation for success. He/She should be comfortable with managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and step in to support the COO, as required.

For Human Resources, key deliverables will be in Talent Acquisition (global), Onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, Compliance, L&D, C&B management, and Performance Management.

For Administration, the selected candidate will help in setting up of offices in different regions, oversee daily operations, maintain office and employee records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and IT/facilities/infrastructure. In the initial phase, he/she will be actively engaged in coordinating Product Launch Events in different countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be preferred.
• 5~10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in start-ups in F&B/FMCG sector.
