Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Director, the Account Manager is expected to:

• Be the primary liaison between the Agency and the Client for all ongoing projects, ensuring the briefs are met with quality and timeliness
• Manage operations and implementation of through-the-line campaigns
• Maintain timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations, approvals and production
• Ensure projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand
• Manage the financial health of all projects
• Build enduring relationship with clients and inspire client confidence in the Agency

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of account management experience in a creative agency (preferable) with a background in managing digital and social campaigns.
• A passion for marketing communications innovations and creativity
• Excellent client management and presentation skills
• Excellent at understanding timing and budget limitations while pushing a project along, keeping everyone on track and informed
• Ability to serve as a liaison between Production, Creative, Strategic and Development agency divisions
• Candidate with experience in Government accounts are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• A bachelor's degree or higher

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage electrical installation and maintenance works schedule
• Coordinate with local authorities, utility and service providers on all matters relating to the works, including making necessary applications/submissions to obtain all permits
• Manage the Project Team to ensure all works executed on site are according to specification, quality of works, and safety precautions
• Plan materials/resources delivery
• Manage/review change requests and implement changes
• Perform site visits to ensure the quality of installations is according to project specifications
• Review the project progress and present it to the Management and clients
• Review and monitor monthly progress claims, interim payments, and project cash flow status
• Establish guidelines and monitor sub-contractors performance to ensure guidelines are followed
• Act as the main contact for customers and the project team on all project contractual matters

Requirement

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must have similar experience in the construction industry
• Those with experience in managing Mixed Development projects will be prioritised

You will:

• Work as part of an account team to identify, qualify and deliver Hardware products/ solutions. Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.
• Help identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications. Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.
• Drive company's strategy into assigned accounts.
• Follow all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
• Ensure that the company's sales programs are known and executed in assigned territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed the quarterly and annual sales goals.
