We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bakery division. If you are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and have a deep understanding of the bakery industry, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

• Set and propose annual sales targets for approval, ensuring these targets are met.
• Plan and execute all Bakery-related marketing activities.
• Develop and review annual sales plans, activities, and campaigns, adjusting as needed to meet targets.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor market trends, sales volume, and revenue to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Adapt strategies and reallocate resources to improve overall sales team performance.
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback, providing actionable reports to senior management.

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs with tailored sales strategies.
• Identify customer opportunities, adapting tactics to maintain existing accounts and attract new ones.
• Negotiate effectively with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities, expanding our customer base and market reach.

Sales Team Leadership

• Review and implement customer service guidelines for the sales team.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the sales team on technical aspects of bakery products, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

Collaboration with Production Team

• Work closely with the production team to develop new product offerings based on market needs.
• Coordinate with production to address and resolve customer feedback related to product quality.

Other Duties

• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Deputy General Manager, Bakery.

Ideal Candidate:

Education:

• A good tertiary education, with a preference for a degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the Bakery or Hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising and managing a sales team.

• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships at all levels of staff and with customers.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong experience in account management, with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.

• Solution Integration & Packaging: Lead the end-to-end process of combining and packaging various technology solutions into cohesive, market-ready offerings that address specific customer challenges and use cases - geo focused and industry focused.

As a Sr. Regional Partner Manager, you will help support our transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for our partners.

The Sr. Regional Partner Manager is aligned to a focused regional territory to lead Co-sell/Co-delivery and "Sourced" NNACV. You will produce new business in logo accounts, and ensuring our partners help provide successful projects within your territory or region (ASEAN + North Asia which is Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau). You will work with Field Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, and the Customer Outcome teams to grow the pipeline.

Team Summary

The Solutions team in Visa Direct is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. Once approved, delivering on the agreed solution and managing changes that may occur.

What a Solutions Consultant does at Visa:

• Ensuring client requirements is captured and a full understanding of the proposed solution / workflow before a client is signed,
• Consulting and guiding prospects and client on how to best use and ingest our products and services into their operational workflows and solutions, tailoring each proposed solution according to the client’s strategic and go-to market plans,
• Troubleshoot issues by developing a deep understanding of how our product works,
• Guiding clients to implement Visa offerings into their system and ensuring changes in workflow are understood internally and externally,

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. • Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Building Information Model.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in integrating and optimising national payment scheme integrations across the APAC region. This role will focus on expanding Wise’s reach through new payment scheme integrations while continuously improving the performance of existing scheme integrations.

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer needs: Build an understanding of how payment schemes impact our customers, and use this understanding to drive product decisions. 

• Determine which payment schemes in APAC Wise should integrate with: Work with internal teams, regulators, and payment scheme operators in order to build a multi-year roadmap of which payment schemes Wise should be connected to.

• Integrate with payment schemes: Alongside engineering leads, you’ll be leading technical integrations with payment schemes. 

• Monitor and optimise: Use data to track the performance of integrations and drive continuous improvement.

• Drive operational excellence: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the scheme integration.
