As Sales Manager within the Construction, Transport and Industrial (CT&I) Sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental new business to DLL by both Relationship Management and Business Development activity, across a mix of DLL’s global and local Construction, Transport and Industrial vendor/dealer partnerships, and direct customers, in Singapore. Day to day

· Expand and maintain existing partnerships through proactive relationship management. Increase new business volume and DLL share of partner business, through customer visits, deal structuring, problem solving, and process improvements.

· Develop and execute program management strategies to exceed sales budgets in place for existing partners including new business volume, margin and fee income with pipeline management.

· Develop new programs with global and local partners in Construction, Transport and Industrial industries to drive business growth, leveraging DLL’s global network of partners as well as local relationships.

· Training and development of partner sales teams to ensure high levels of finance penetration and attraction of a high-quality customer base.

· Handle first-line escalation for non-standard enquiries, including pricing, changes in Terms & Conditions, priority deal management and settlement exceptions. Also act as first-line support for partner queries on deal status for designated accounts and other matters.

· Work with partners to drive efficiencies and process improvement, in particular to streamline the handling of incoming applications, approvals and settlements as required.

· Work with customers direct to meet their broader finance requirements, that also fall outside of DLL-partner-led business.

The Senior Tax Consultant will play a key role within a public accounting firm in Singapore, responsible for providing professional tax and financial advisory services to corporate and individual clients. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or a related field, with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification.

Details of the Division and Team:

The APAC Head of Risk, Regulatory and Controls is a senior 1st line of Defence (1LOD) role accountable for leading technology risk reduction strategy and protecting the Bank’s Licence to operate through compliance and adherence to technology regulations across the 14 APAC countries managed by the APAC Country Technology Management (CTM) division.

Visa is looking for a Compliance Manager based in Singapore to be part of Currencycloud’s Asia Pacific (APAC) Compliance and Regulatory team. Currencycloud is part of Visa Group entities and covers Visa’s regulated payment business within Money Movement Solutions (MMS) in APAC. What a Compliance Manager does at Visa:

Based in Singapore, this position will support the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory who is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of Visa’s regulated entity as a Major Payments Institution (MPI) in Singapore, covering AML/CFT and Sanctions compliance matters. This position will be reporting to the Currencycloud APAC Head of Compliance and Regulatory based in Singapore and is a newly created position as part of Visa’s expansion plans within the APAC region.

The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

·       Support Singapore MLRO in the development and maintenance of robust AML/CFT and Sanctions frameworks which are in line with the Singapore’s Payment Services Act (PSA) and the relevant subsidiary legislations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as well as Visa’s Global Compliance and other International AML/CFT and Sanctions standards. In this position as a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to participate in RFPs and closure of new business through the various distribution channels such as Brokers, FAs and Direct channel. Principal Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service excellence, greeting and serving our customers in line with Branch Service Protocol expectations
• Manage customer queries, issues, feedback and complaints with appropriate advice and in line with SLA expectations of Branch Service Protocol, Customer Complaints and other process SLAs as applicable
• Adopt a needs-based approach to provide recommended solutions/referral for retail banking and general insurance products to meet customer's financial needs
• Working closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, treasury specialists to provide holistic solutions to our onshore banking premier clients
• Provide premier clients with regular market updates, endeavouring to understand our clients’ financial needs and recommending appropriate wealth management products accordingly
• Provide financial planning and advisory services aligning to clients’ needs and investment profile
• Embarking on a proactive relationship management to strengthen and deepen relationship with existing customers, hence building a strong foundation for customer growth
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through client’s engagement, risk profiling and financial planning for Offshore Clients
• Understand customers’ banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet these needs
• Demonstrate strong ability to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads

Qualifications

• The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications and over 3 years of work experience in Wealth Management with a proven track record of managing clients’ portfolio (Premier banking)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of these clients
• Highly driven and possess the ability to succeed within a challenging environment

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
