• Update the Contract Summary Database to capture customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers if deviations are required to meet critical deliveries.
• Advocate as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and work closely with Operations to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through several mechanisms, such as Net Promoter System (NPS), Customer Dashboards and Rolling Action Item Lists (RAIL).
• Manage the RAIL process for accurate recording of issues and customers complaints, and work diligently with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely response, action completion and issue resolution/closure to improve customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with customers on rotable support – planning, quotes, payments, core gear returns, and help to resolve potential obstacles downstream.
• Leadership skills to work with the Value Stream teams, especially in collaborating with the CCSE on customer communications.
• Support the Customer Service Director with rotable planning and asset management.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement programmes and initiatives.
• Participate actively in contributing to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) development and improvement.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The position sits within the Professional services, a team that is responsible to deploy and custom solution for the client within supply chain trading and risk management.
The Project delivery Manager, collaborate in the SOW, prepares prject plan, hands on understanding of requirements and understand the Xceler platform and help in executin the project end to end.

This role requires a high level of ownership and independence, critical and creative thinking and excellent organizing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Liaise independently with Sales and Clients to obtain and clarify project requirements
• Communicate regularly with Sales and Clients to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.
• Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Xceler Project management plan, SOW and other contractual obligations.
• Provide quotes and assist with RFPs, SOW and any contractual documents
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle
• Facilitate training to remote teams and internal team members on screening/remediation practices and procedures
• Responsible for developing methodologies and processes relating to report intake and delivery and client/sales communication in agreement with the Manager & Xceler Product management team
• Perform quality control on any work done by counterparts and project teams
• Track and document KPI’s
• Responsible for planning resources
