You will be delivering a highly professional business consultancy service in a complex environment - both with clients and candidates. Requirements:

You are degree qualified from a reputable education institute with about 5 to 8 years’ recruitment experience and like to take your recruitment career to the next step where you are running your own desk/business with greater accountability and P/L responsibilities. You can take control and ownership of your own desk and work.
