Job Summary:

The Paid Media Manager will play a managing role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through strategic paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, particularly within the tech, finance, cryptocurrency and fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the fintech industry and adjust strategies accordingly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the global & local markets.
• Responsible for account strategies on mainstream channels (Google Ads, Google UAC, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok, DSP etc.) with considerable budget and explore different ad formats to optimize the performance.
• Set OKRs, KPIs and goals for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and generate campaign performance reports with team members regularly.
• Deep dive into the global markets, identify opportunities to optimize funnels, increase campaign & paid media channels effectiveness and lift incrementality.
• Work closely with other marketing teams, including content, partners, KOL, campaigns, and social media, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify and target specific audience segments effectively.Collaborate with data team, product managers and cross functional partners to implement and upgrade growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels.
• Proven experience in paid media management, preferably within the media agency or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, app annie, apps flyer etc.

We are looking for seasoned professional in the dry bulk and/or project chartering industry to be based in Singapore ready to take on the role of ‘second in command’ within the Projects & Parceling division for the region. With ambitious plans to further grow the footprint in Asia, Norden’s Projects & parcelling team will have increased focus on new tradelines and markets as it moves forward.

Whilst you will still be an integral part of the day-to-day chartering team the key role will be to ensure the chartering desk runs smoothly, whilst assisting the ‘Head of Asia’ in managing the entire Asia Pacific Projects & Parcelling team consisting of about 17 staff across 5 countries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing study and etc.
• Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
