Job Description

• Manage day-to-day financial and operational activities related to fund management and fund entities.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Process invoices, prepare bank instructions, and monitor payment transactions.
• Assist in analyzing and interpreting financial data to support decision-making.
• Prepare and file tax returns (GST, WHT, CIT, etc.) and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop budget and financial projection reports, supporting planning and forecasting activities.
• Provide assistance during audits, tax filings, and other statutory compliance processes.
• Support stock take activities and perform reconciliation of assets.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the team or management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Past audit experience will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), Corporate Tax, and GST.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage 300 ERP will be advantageous.
• A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
