• Demonstrated track record of successful transactions for HKEX IPOs as a principal officer/Deal execution/private equity funds and/or direct equity investments in developing markets
• Possess at least 7 years of relevant relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement and M&A in Asia Pacific and or management consulting.
• Direct investing experience with a private equity fund, fund of funds, institutional investor, sovereign wealth fund, or similar entity, with a focus on equity and quasi-equity investments preferred

A) Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education:
