Job Description:
You will be managing the business development work, including, but not limited to, managing and maintaining our business's existing clientele, canvassing for new clients, and looking for prospects and collaboration partners for the company. We require that our teammates be responsible, independent, and mature in executing their tasks.
In addition, the ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a bonus. As you may, meet up with customers, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills is an advantage. A good team-player and the ability to work/ perform under pressure.
Specific Responsibilities:
Identify potential direct customers, build reseller network with Wedding planners, hotels , marketing agency for company photography and videography services, develop commission and reward scheme.
Monitoring sales pipeline, prospecting and closing deals ensure all projects is on track.
Work closely with the marketing agency and internal team to get leads for business development operation.
Attend to customers’ enquiries by providing timely service and administrative support, ensuring the customer experience is not compromised.
Manage customer enquiries and expectation that come through various channels including telegram, whatapps, emails and referrals etc.
Prepare proposal and quotation to our prospect, potential clients , upselling or cross-selling products and services is a bonus.
Requirement:
'Understand company background, company’s philosophy and short- and long- term goals.
- Survey competitors sales channel and marekting channels e.g social media, youtube, trade directory etc.
- Understand company structure

- Meeting the responsibilities and expectations of a Business Development Marketing Manager
Understand the process of operations in B2B and B2C contexts. Understand the fundamentals of digital marketing channels to conduct market research,from google, social, to display that our competitors are using now. To maintain and service existing clientele.
-Define business development objective which align them to company goals.
-develop a viable strategic action plans that will find new leads online and offline
-explore the right lead generation channels online and offline that aligns to the company's marketing objectives.
- develop up-sell and cross selling strategies through the sales team for different consumer journey
-to objectively plan, implement, and measure your lead generation effectiveness across various sales channels
- to manage third party referral develop and execute a holistic Business development plan. Identify potential resellers for company products and services.
- Tabulate leads in to cold, warm and Hot leads with appointments schedule for meeting.
- Establish appointments with prospect and leads generated with call, meeting
- Explore Sales CRM available and able to identify the right digital tool or software for company nature of business.
- schedule minimun 2 zoom per day or 1 client visit per day
-Prepare meeting report for analysis
