High level Scope

The Project Manager is a mixture of Agile, Project Management, Administration, Proposal Development,

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Scope :

• Supervise, direct and coordinate day to day operations of dental clinic

• Guide dental administrative support

• Ensure clinical standards are met accordingly to MOH and government bodies’ requirement

• Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care and service

• Ensure care and maintenance of facilities and equipment based on industry best practices

• Manage corporate and government insurance claims

• Work closely with Ministry of Health and necessary government bodies for renewal of licences and etc.

• Answering patient enquiries and making appointments

• Handling of dental laboratory cases

• Monitor inventory for dental supplies and liaise with all vendors and suppliers to ensure clinic is all in order

• General clinic management

• Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the dentists
