Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accountancy software, pricing strategies, preparing quotes, and providing critical support for sales functions, including sales preparation for meetings. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

• Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.

Key Qualifications

Strategy and Business Planning:

• Develop of models used for business planning, budgeting and forecasting for regular business monitoring, with relevant sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Support in the development of forecast for the Business Unit.
• Support in data extraction and study on systems and drivers of the data centre operational cost.
• Lead in managing various cost pools and exercise expense optimization.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Computing, Statistics, Economics, Business or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in data manipulation, dealing with large set of data and transform into insights in a relevant industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
• Possess some data programming skills, for data extraction like SQL skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Validate the completeness and accuracy of payments by ensuring that all supporting documents are in order
• Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order
