POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth and effective management of personnel processes and compliance with regulatory standards. Employee Engagement:

Employee Communications:

HR Reporting:

• Generate employee sick leave and vacation reports.

Payroll Processing:

• Efficiently manage the processing of payroll and overtime for all staff members.
• Timely submission of CPF contributions and claims such as government-paid leaves.

Leave and Claims Management:

• Update and track all staff leaves and claims, ensuring accurate and timely records.
• Maintain updated accurate employee records internally and with MOM to ensure compliance.

Work Pass Administration:

• Navigate work pass application procedures and monitor expiries, ensuring timely renewals.

Stocks Management:

• Monitor and maintain stocks of items to be distributed to employees, such as safety boots, uniforms, and stationery.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for all local and foreign employees.

Ministry Surveys and Applications:
