Job Description:

• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
• Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Requirements:

• Minimum total ten years’ work experience as Application Development Manager.

• Installation of Electrical Systems: Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and other components as per the construction drawings and specifications.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose electrical issues, repair or replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Reading Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide the installation or repair process.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety codes and regulations, ensuring that electrical work complies with national and local electrical codes.
• Collaboration with Construction Teams: Work closely with other construction professionals, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to coordinate and support project timelines.
• Testing Electrical Systems: Perform tests on electrical systems to ensure they are functioning safely and effectively, including conducting insulation resistance and continuity tests.
• Troubleshoot Complex Systems: Identify and resolve issues in complex electrical systems, including transformers, generators, and control panels.
• Night Shift Work: Available for night shifts when required, ensuring continuity of work and addressing any electrical issues that may arise during non-daylight hours.
• Adherence to Project Deadlines: Work within the project timeline, ensuring that electrical installations are completed on schedule, particularly during night shifts or extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks. Provide daily or weekly reports to supervisors or project managers on the progress.
