Key Responsibilities:

1. Metal Sorting and Identification:Lead and participate in the sorting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals using both manual and automated methods.

4. Equipment Management:Operate and maintain equipment used in sorting and processing metals, such as magnets, shredders, and balers.
   Report and coordinate repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
   
5. Safety and Compliance:Ensure all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed during operations.
   Conduct regular safety briefings and training for team members.
   
6. Inventory and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sorted materials, weights, and classifications.
   Assist in inventory management and provide reports on production and efficiency metrics.
   
7. Team Leadership:Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and skill development.

Education and Experience:

Work Environment:
This role involves working in an industrial environment with exposure to outdoor elements, noise, and dusty environment. Proper safety gear will be provided and required.

You will play an important role in:

1. Supervise and manage a team of storekeepers, delivery assistants and drivers.
2. Capable to supervise and manage the administration of documentation flow within Logistics Department.
3. Coordinate with Production and Customer Service Department to ensure goods are packed in a professional manner and all deliveries are on time.
4. Responsible for local / global freight forwarding and provide optimum service at lowest costs.
5. Ensure the inventory control system is promptly updated upon receiving or issuing
6. Plan and maximize the space planning in internal and external warehouses.

Role Description

The F&B Supervisor will oversee all food and beverage operations at NEON's entertainment venues, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves managing F&B staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and will report directly to Retail Manager.

Operational Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the F&B area.
• Receive, inspect, and manage deliveries of food, beverages, and consumables.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of products and consumables.
• Maintain high standards for the presentation and cleanliness of the F&B area, following daily and weekly cleaning protocols
• Track daily sales and prepare regular reports for retail management team especially in regard to reordering consumables and products
• Manage the fresh food goods with date control and wastage on a FIFO basis

Competence Requirements

• Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes.
• PC literate
