Objective

Oversee and manage production department to ensure smooth operation

Job responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations
• Maintain and update work safety documentation (example risk assessment) and latest regulations required
• Handle MOM with ad hoc checks
• Schedule equipment maintenance and update records (arrange calibration of equipment, vehicle servicing, forklift servicing, machine servicing, etc)
• Plan and arrange OT
• Assist with delivery when needed
• Assist with production when needed
• Report to management
• Assist with stock management (checking of stocks and updating stock movement records)
• Handle stocktake
• Ensure smooth operation flow
• Work closely with all departments
• Other production related matters

Requirement

• Possesses forklift license
• Possesses class 3 license
• Computer literacy
• Able to communicate in mandarin and English
• Able to carry heavy load
• Local/PR
