• Checking of current spend, validation of budget ask and approved budget amount.
• End to end support for Ops team in entire ePR process. Average items of over 200+ ePR raised per year.
• Coordinate Budget process for Ops team
• Main commercial support PIC in Decomm Project team
• Manage the Decomm application financial budgeting, forecast and tracking against target
• Support Partnership and Contract GM and Head of SE/Ops in managing the contract renewal process of all AMC items
• Manage the Planview Decomm Dashboard to provide updated financials against target set that will be used for monthly Project Bolt discussions
• Support PMO team with Planview ServiceNow / Jira integration phase of project
• Coordinate meetings / workshops with Planview & M1, capture meeting minutes and upload to ProjectPlace
• Follow up with business / key stakeholders on data requirements and upload to ProjectPlace
