Responsibilities:

JOB OBJECTIVES
Main responsibilities are to do accounting administrative tasks daily such as daily documentations that supports the charges/billing/payments are intact and clear. Report directly to Hotel Accountant and Management Accountant.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

1. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel/departmental policies and procedures.
2. Prepare Daily Revenue Report ensure that all revenue transactions are taken-up correctly, properly supported and reconciled.
3. Investigate all discrepancies and make necessary adjustments (if any).
4. To check guest in-house rate check report, variances must be explained by Front Office
5. Complimentary & House use room must with appropriate supporting document
6. Monitor discount procedures and special programs to ensure compliance with guidelines established. Verify that programs involving coupons, certificates and vouchers are valid and duly accounted for.
7. Ensure that all voided checks, rebates, paid outs and miscellaneous charges are properly approved and supported.
8. Reconcile operator charges to ensure that all guest and internal calls are charged correctly.
9. Liaise with the Accounts Executive to confirm the accuracy of the Guest, City Ledger and COMO related charges.
10. Verify that officer checks (duty meals), F&B entertainment checks are processed according to the procedure.
11. Ensure all Income report was checked and compile Daily Pack are submitted on daily basis.
12. To maintain master file of complimentary and prepaid voucher issue to guests/clients
13. Assists in maintaining all supporting documents with regards to AP/Suppliers invoice, DO, and PO.
14. Assist the Accountant with the month-end closing as specified.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

1. Maintaining of Contract / Agreement Listings & Admin related for Finance Dept.
2. To assist in Purchasing during the absence of Purchasing Executive
3. Assist with other accounting job functions when assigned
4. Assist in process improvements, ad-hoc projects

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise 1-2 junior staff and able to manage a portfolio of companies consisting local and MNC companies.

2. Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, preparation of directors’ resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings, AGM and striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with ACRA – Bizfile+.

3. Attend clients’ meeting.

4. Handle client due diligence.

5. Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.

6. Review financial statements in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format.

7. Any other ad hoc corporate services required by the clients.

Requirements:

· Member of CSIS or candidates undertaking CGQP preferred.

Job Overview

As a Captain/Supervisor for a fine dining restaurant, you are responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day functions of the restaurant. You would also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. This includes greeting guests, taking their orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their meal. Captains/Supervisors in fine dining restaurants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet high standards of customer service.

· Perform all service duties including but not limited to the following:

· Opening and closing of restaurant
