Reporting into the Managing Director, this role is required to provide extensive operations support while working closely with head office to set up the back office infrastructure with ownership over day-to-day operational running of the firm. • Supervises and inspect cleaning of guestrooms, service areas, corridors, back of house and public areas as assigned. Ensure high standard of cleanliness is maintained in accordance to hotel expected standard.
• Assists in the training and directing of housekeeping attendants. Work with them in preparing rooms and public area as needed to meet schedule or as a process of their training.

Job Summary

Responsible for all areas of housekeeping and ensure that Housekeeping employees are producing high quality standards of service.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise team members’ work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
