Retail Store Supervisor

Branded fashion store at *Orchard, Vivo, Changi city point, Changi airport

· Salary up to $2700 +commissions ++

· Working hours: *5 Days work week/ *44hrs per week

To supervise and control an assigned store's operational activities and staffs

To support in the achievement of sales growth and profitability targets

Supervise, control, coach, and review performance of own human resources, enhance skills

Supervise, control, and perform implementation of store merchandising plan for existing brands including store inventory level in order to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals

Supervise, control, and perform store-wide operations activities covering people management, protection of company asset, inventory management, customer servicing following SOP in order to increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to SOP

Prepare reports for weekly sales, absence, petty cash, and work order

Requirements:
*O/A level/ ITE/ Diploma with Singapore retail supervisory experiences.

*Good communications and customer service skill.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties.
• Support corporate secretarial duties.
• Assist in coordinating meeting, taking meeting minutes, following up on action tasks and deliverables.
• Support in audit includes liaise and coordinate with related sections i.e., J-Sox controls (Process walkthrough, testing samples, PLQ and CLQ).

Promote and ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.

• Assist guest with table reservation.
• Assist guest while seating.
• Ensure guest are serviced within specified time.
• Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.

• Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
• Serve food courses and beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Record transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
• Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc. throughout the shift.
• Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.
• Present accurate final bill to guest and process payment.
• Perform shift closing on the Point of sales terminal and tally cash and credit card settlements.
• Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
• Work with fellow staffs and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential.
• Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
• Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
• Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff.
• Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

- ITE or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. Familiar with Point of sale systems.

- Good command in both spoken and written English.

- Pleasing personality and excellent guest service skill.

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

- Comfortable to work split duties.

About This Role:-

To fill the Finance Manager role, the ideal candidate should be result-driven and pro-active in supporting business needs. The successful candidate is responsible for accounting and finance function, including hands-on for the day-to-day accounting operations, preparation of financial and regulatory reports. With good knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards, the Accountant will work towards the requirements of a regulated digital exchange with the compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Daily transactional accounting for business / trading activities.
• Monthly invoice processing.
• Manage accounts receivables.
• Support commercial and operational matters relating to finance function.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, schedules and reconciliations.
• Monitor cashflows, liquidity and financial ratios to ensure compliance with MAS requirements.
• Prepare MAS reporting under CMSL RMO & PSA.
• Enhance workflows and financial controls.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with 2 years in audit.
• Good working knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in Fintech industry, banking, MAS reporting (CMAL, RMO, PSA).
• Familiarity with financial instruments including derivatives.
• Good working knowledge with ERP systems, such as Oracle Netsuite, SAP Business One.
• Good leadership qualities with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn, work independently, be pro-active and willing to be hands-on in work deliverables to meet timeline.
