POSITION OBJECTIVE:

▪ Division Operating Profit implementation / roll out

▪ New Planning Tool Rollout

▪ Legal Entity Reduction

▪ Create / prepare Statutory KPI for Joint Ventures

▪ Working Capital roll out including new DPO (Days Payable)

▪ Cash Flow forecasting and automation of reconciliation with bank balance

Business Controlling

▪ Be the FP&A for selected region/business to partner with business managers to drive:

• Monthly business profitability / monitor/understand/analysis of key KPI for business success

• Budget process

• Forecast process.

Promote sustainable business growth by strengthening financial stewardship and promoting an effective control environment

The person will collaborate with the Finance leadership in the APAC + India to execute the above deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Recognized Degree in Accountancy/Finance with solid accounting and process knowledge. (CPA/ACCA preferred though not required)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance.

• Project management skills is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and self-starter, going the extra mile.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Advanced MS Excel skill is required as the role requires analysis and automation of reporting Advantage

• Experience with process improvements and reporting automation is preferred.

• Experience in MS Dynamics ERP (D365) is an added advantage.

• Other Good PC skills including MS ppt, consolidation tool such as HFM, etc.

• Exposure to JV partnership support and accounting a plus.

• Treasury experience and FX hedging expertise highly valued
