• Responsible for leading the team to identify and reduce waste, improve process time utilization and cost reduction initiatives to increase manufacturing productivity
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of manufacturing routing for turn- key production work order

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline
• Min 3 years of working experience in Precision/ Machining/ CNC Manufacturing Industry

• To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of shop operations
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and enhance guest experience at the shop
• Responsible for staff training, recruitment, discipline, hygiene, quality control, overall job performance of staff
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Manpower planning including duty roster
• Evaluate operations and procedures and suggest improvements
• Overall supervision of the service team and coordinate closely with the kitchen team
• Assist with weekly ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate all aspects of deliveries and maintenance of records
• Responsible for stock storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat and clean at all times
• Assist with maintaining high standards of quality control, cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety of the outlet
• Ensure the team is well groomed at all times

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant Supervisory Experience in F&B
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Supervisory Certificate will be an added advantage
• Able to work well with colleagues and full of zest and enthusiasm
• Able to start immediately or with short notice
