• Assist the manager/assistant manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Ensure guest needs are taken care of and recommend them the promotional items.
• Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts within outlet, in the absence of manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Monitoring: Oversee the progress of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Supervision and Training: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, educating them on safety practices and evaluating their performance.
• Time and Budget Management: Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to project requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety guidelines, monitor site safety, and ensure all safety requirements are met.
• Coordination and Communication: Manage and coordinate construction activities, reporting progress to the Project Manager/Project Director and resolving coordination issues with contractors and consultants.
• Documentation: Maintain a site diary, prepare and update lists of outstanding/non-compliance works, and ensure timely submissions of shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Site Inspections: Plan and conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning schedules with stakeholders, leading inspections requested by Facilities Management and other parties.
• Defects Management: Compile and track Defects Lists, addressing any issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
• Independent Work and Interaction: Work independently while effectively interacting with staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience Requirements: Bring at least three (3) years of experience as a site supervisor, with knowledge of rebar and carpentry work, and a proven ability to manage and arrange daily work for construction teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operation and ensure compliance with operations standards and procedures
• Guarantee guest satisfaction in regards to food quality, sanitation, and service
• Ensure consistent high quality of customer service
• Take orders, deliver guests’ meals from the kitchen, perform bartending, food expediting and greeter duties, respond to guests’ requests, make knowledgeable and appropriate recommendations on food and beverage
• Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Attend to customers’ needs and respond to complaints promptly, understanding service recovery and applying when needed
• Manage and maintain operational records which include inventory and sales reports
• Ensure day-to-day operations function efficiently and smoothly
