• Supervise and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.

• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or food service establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods as required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
