• Responsible for full set of accounts (Holding and subsidiary company)
• Day to day operational activities including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, project costing, fixed assets & cash management
• Responsible for monthly financial reports on a timely basis
• Perform quarterly GST reporting and submission
• Perform half yearly (twice a year) stock take
• Assist in annual statutory audit and budgeting
• Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary for statutory filling duties.
• Responsible for Corporate Income Tax computation – ECI & Tax Computation and IRAS submission
• Experience in implementing ERP System and data migration
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Heading the Accounting Department
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and the senior management.

What is your mission?

• Check, match purchase order / requisition to purchase invoice and DO.
• Perform data entry of invoice documents into the accounting system.
• Ensure proper approval obtained before payment.
• Check and process employees' expense claims. Ensure claims are within company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records & supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, audit schedules.
• Assist in intercompany billings.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit queries.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Summary

The successful candidate will be awarded a 1 year contract with 1 month completion bonus.

He/she will handle AP transactions processing operations, so that the existing staff can perform UAT on enhancements to existing processes and ERP system.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in AP operational processes, Hands on experience in Microsoft office, proficient in Excel,
• Attention to details, proactive, able to work independently, effective communication skill in both spoken and written,
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time,
• Able to commence work immediately.

• Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements
• Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion
• Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work
• Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on site & off site
• Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements
• Inspect and assist in issuance of E-Token for soil disposal
• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
• Provide other services required
• Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre ( PMCC )

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / viaduct / flyover

Candidates with many safety certifications and many years of experience without a diploma would be considered
