• Singapore Polytechnic or a related fields
• Experience in Construction preferable in micropiling & geotechnical works
• Independent resourceful & able to plan, coordinate with Consultant, main Contractors & Subcontractor pertaining to our project.
• Self Motivated, Team players, preferably with valid class 3 driving license

1. Process School Pocket Money Fund.

2. Prepare GIRO receipts records and keying into ACCPAC.

3. Key in data for fund raising events.

4. File payment vouchers.

5. Mail acknowledgements of donations.

6. Assist in opening appeal letters and raise bank-in-slips.

7. Archive files and filing of accounting documents.

8. In charge of full sets of accounts of 2 – 3 Centres.

9. Participate and support FR initiatives as assigned.

10. Any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
