• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Create, maintain, and improve financial models to support long-term financial planning and forecasting.

• Prepare and present financial reports to the shareholders and board of directors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Audit experience with Big 4 preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a
  managerial role.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Ability to think strategically and make datadriven
  decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Adaptable

About Our Client

They are looking for a Regional Finance Transformation Lead to drive finance excellence across their Singapore and China offices and plants. The Regional Finance Transformation Lead will drive and execute financial transformation initiatives, working closely with the local Country Directors and Finance teams to improve financial processes, systems, and operations globally. The ideal candidate would be a Finance Controller or Director who has experiences in finance transformation, project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across all levels.

Job Description

As a standalone Regional Finance Transformation Controller you will be responsible for leading and executing the financial transformation initiatives for the organization. You will work closely with the local Managing Directors and local Finance Teams to identify opportunities for improving their finance operational processes and systems within Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial transformation projects to achieve measurable business outcomes and benefits
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial processes, systems, and operations
• Identify areas of improvement in our financial processes, systems, operations
• Recommend and implement changes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness

• Strong understanding of financial processes, systems and operations
• Prior experience in regional business decision making for large-scale processes
