KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist in the store’s daily operations
• To supervise staff on work performance and handle staff related issues
• To attend to customers’ enquiry and product requests
• To handling customer feedback on products and services
• To provide guidance and advise to staff on customer related issues
• To be responsible of store’s cleanliness and ensure replenishment of products is in place
• To up-sell promotional products and/or new products launched by the company
• To assist in admin duties in the store (roster planning, Inter store transfer, etc)
• Assist Store-in-charge in day-to-day operations and any other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 'O' and below; and 3 years of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment
· Passionate in retail, customer service orientated, sales driven and enthusiastic in promoting sustainable development to reducing plastic consumption
· Able to commit retail operation hours
Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
