Job Descriptions

• Supervise electrical installation works at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate daily site activities and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Provide guidance and technical support to electricians and other site personnel.
• Review electrical plans and drawings to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of work performed.
• Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are installed in line with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers and project procurement.
• Project meetings and reviews to ensure targets are met.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by department head.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and construction safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project coordination and site management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works for industrial aircond system.

· Prepare monthly maintenance service report.

· Perform trouble shooting and repair faulty electrical & mechanical components of aircond system.

· Handle additions & alternations / installation / replacement of aircond system.

· Perform testing and commissioning of aircond system.

· Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.

· Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with safety procedures.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements: ·

· NITEC or Diploma in related engineering field.

· Hands-on experience in commercial air conditioning will be an advantage.

· Prefer with Class 3 driving license.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
