RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance Manager will oversee the Accounts Department at Peacehaven, managing the full spectrum of financial matters for all units. This role involves driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance with funding agreements, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

* Financial Operations & Policy Development:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve financial policies and procedures.

* Funding & Grants Management:

• Manage funding and grant agreements, including monitoring updates and expirations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of government funding claims.

* Financial Reporting & Budgeting:

• Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Primarily responsible for accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts and audit.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of the full spectrum of Accounts Payables and General Ledger function assigned
