The Executive will carry out accounting tasks that are related to the actual efficient maintenance and processing of the university’s accounts payable and reimbursement transactions. Providing all these services effectively will ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date and that vendors and service providers are paid within established time limits.

Service Delivery:

• Verify invoices and payment requests are duly approved and comply with NTU financial policies and procedures.

• Work with engineers, construction managers to derive or review critical lifting plans
• To review all lifting plans before execution
• Facilitate specific trainings and briefing together with the HSE department

Job Requirements

o GCE “A” level holder / ITC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

o Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA environment is preferred.

o Good supervisory and communication skills.

o Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and soldering rework of PCBA is preferable.

o Proficient in Open / MS Office application.

This position of factory supervisor consists of supporting the operations of the company. You will be working closely with the supervisor. Staff report directly to directors.

1. Perform roles and responsibilities as per factory service crew job description
2. Additional roles and responsibilities of the factory leader include:

• Check the sufficiency of the raw and processed ingredients
• Check the function of the machines in the factory
• Identify need to escalate repairs or preventive maintenance to the equipment suppliers and vendors
• Check on segregation of items as according to ISO requirements
• Check on team members temperature charting and assist team members on the escalation processes
• Ensure factory environmental cleanliness is strictly adhered to such as:
  • Daily cleaning of production rooms and walkway
  • Supervise weekly spring cleaning to be done by ALL factory crew
    • Drainage, toilets, holding areas and offices
  • Ensure pictures proof are uploaded via Whatsapp group upon completion
  • Ensure no personal clothings are seen at production rooms and walkway
  • Ensure no personnels are seen smoking within the factory compounds

1. Work collaboratively and assign drivers with workloads to ensure smooth operation

• Delegate workload as according to staff capability

1. To conduct spot checks to ensure staff are adhering to SOP:
   1. Ensure no staff are seen inside stationary vehicles unless there are delivery orders present
   2. Ensure that there is at least one staff ALWAYS present on the ground floor of production
2. Report to supervisor on daily activity which involves in production
3. Work under broad direction
