Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and special reports or analyses as needed.
• Review financial reports prepared by the shared services center.
• Prepare Principal reports, such as IFC and Business Plan submissions.
• Compile and submit statistical surveys and reports.
• Coordinate budget and forecast processes across departments to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate the consolidation of Singapore financials for actuals and budgets/forecasts.
• Post monthly consolidation adjustments and manage consolidation working files.
• Analyze KPIs, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and balance sheet positions.

A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Report to the Assistant Finance Manager with regard to the full spectrum of accounting functions.

B JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the Assistant Finance Manager in full set accounting duties which includes:

· To support the monthly accounts closing;

· Assist in preparing month end financial closing schedules and general ledger reconciliations for the monthly Notes To Accounts

· Preparation of bank reconciliations;

· Assist in handling day to day accounting functions;

· Posting of transactions in the accounting system;

· Processing of payments and preparation of reconciliations for SAQ’s swimming pathways initiatives;

· Handling of finances related to pool facilities bookings

C JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

1 Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or relevant qualifications.
• At least 1-3 years of accounting experience in full set of accounting is preferred.
• Prior experience in Sports industry, Charities or Grant Accounting is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Oracle Netsuite is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office especially in Excel and work with strong IT skills.
