• Devise, script, capture, and edit captivating video content in alignment with the Marketing Team's objectives and target audience.
• Oversee and manage video equipment, encompassing cameras, microphones, lighting, and accessories, to ensure the highest video production quality.
• Strategize and conduct video shoots encompassing a range of content types, such as commercials, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes features, lifestyle showcases, skits, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft storyboards for video scripts in preparation for each shoot.
• Craft engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Choose between a DSLR camera or a smartphone camera depending on specific requirements.
• Adapt video content for diverse social media platforms and formats.
• Organize and sift through raw footage and employ creative video editing techniques, including cutting, trimming, incorporating effects, adding subtitles, enhancing color balance, and refining audio quality.
• Stay attuned to the latest video trends and methodologies while continuously brainstorming fresh video concepts.
• Maintain a well-organized video repository, including efficient file management, tagging, and archiving, facilitating the seamless retrieval and repurposing of video assets.

Job Requirements

• Possess a diploma or degree in Videography, Media Production, Film Production, or related fields.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of pertinent work experience.

Finance Manager

• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing and consolidation financial statements of the Group in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.

• Prepare statement of group cash flow, necessary supporting schedules and announcement on quarter-end and year-end closing for SGX announcement.

• Ensure closing of group consolidation are on timely basis and information furnished are accurate and in concise manner.

• Board file preparation on quarterly basis.

• Prepare consolidation of group annual budget and forecast.

About the Role:

To make independent and concise assessment of Credit Applications and Borrower Rating Applications proposed by the front office. Carry out the necessary covenant compliance checks in order to mitigate credit risk to the Bank

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally
• Work in partnership with Investment Banking Division (AIBD) to review credit applications rating review
• Work in partnership with International Credit Division/Structured Finance Credit Office to understand credit applications and borrower ratings and ensure that there is concurrence on reviews
• Work with AIBD to provide guidance and support on the credit review process, understand the details of the transactions and resolve any outstanding queries
• Work with Planning Department to carry out stress testing in order to assess the level of credit risk to the Bank’s portfolio
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced members of the team and conduct necessary training
• Provide a briefing to the Management on new transactions
• Effectively co-ordinate workflow through delegation to colleagues and maintain overall responsibility by reviewing proposals of work and providing guidance
• Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations

The Role

This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation, preparation of monthly management reporting and audit schedules.
