• Plan and execute loading and unloading sequences for vessels.
• Determine optimal cargo placement within port and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
• Supervise large-scale port operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.
• Assist in resource planning, including manpower deployment and shift scheduling.
• Monitor and coordinate lashing operations to secure cargo on vessels.
• Handle berthing and unberthing operations for vessels.
• Oversee wharf operations. Coordinate and assist with water bunkering operations.
• Utilize IT systems and planning tools for operational planning and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of technology to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Address and resolve day-to-day operational challenges effectively.
• Propose and implement workflow enhancements to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

What we look for:

• Diploma or higher in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in vessel operations, preferably in the dredging or marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of cargo handling, stowage planning, and port operations.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
