Job Scope

· Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations.

· Process POs and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

· Assist in journal entries, management accounts, and month-end/year-end closing.

· Support audit queries and system implementation projects.

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience.

· Familiarity with SAP and OCR systems is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Requirement

• Min Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or CPA

• Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll, which include:
• Pre-Payroll activities including, input and update employee details and manage government claims.
• Payroll activities including, process payroll, process CPF, and manage payroll payments.
