Job Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service

• Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers

and clear tables

• Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service

• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

• Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high service standards

• Assist OM in scheduling and rostering of service staff

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

As an Associated Finance Manager, this position has to supervise all accounting matters in the company including Month end closing, Quarter end closing, and Year end closing. Also, has to deal with GST filing and Annual Tax filing by closely work with the Corporate Tax preparer.
