Job Description:

• Assist the management team in the day-to-day functions at the outlet.
• Lead the team and ensure to always provide efficient and excellent service to customers.
• Actively up-sell the menu and possess understanding of outlet offerings.
• Constantly picking up new skills and knowledge to be able to influence positive learning processes
• Interacting with customers, take orders and serving food and drinks.
• Constantly strives to satisfy all customers that patronize the outlet.
• To support Reservations Host/Hostess and the rest of Operations team members at the outlet.
• Assist managers in staff training on food and beverage offering, bar operational procedures and quality service standards.
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties. Tasks will range and not be limited at cleaning and clearing tables, table set-up and polishing silverware.
• Maintenance of the outlet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the service process.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.
• Reports to managers when encountered any issue during the service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years and above of work experience as a Floor Supervisor in F&B Restaurant/Bar/Fine Dining Restaurant.

Job Description:

• Responsible for day to day project supervision for conversion and repairs of commercial vessels.
• To ensure safety, quality of work and meet delivery deadline.
• Ensuring work assigned is carried out effectively and productively within budgeted man-hours allocated by CSR, meet customers' specifications and requirements.
• Accountable for the team of workers and sub-contractors under his responsibility and also the overall progress of the repair projects.
• Ensure good co-ordination and communication between the work team and other relevant parties.
• Supervise the installation of the following, Electrical & Instrumentation panel, Cable Ladder & Support Fabrication, Electrical & Instrumentation Cables, Field Instruments, Cable Glanding & Termination Works and Instrument Tubings & Fittings.
• Investigate and solve the prolbems on Electricial Control Panel fault.
• Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning.
• Able to do installation of Marine ICCP and MGPS System.
• To supervise and must have knowledge in dismantling of motor, cleaning, heating, balancing, painting, greasing and running test.

Job Requirements:

• NTC in Electrical or Mechatronics related field.
• Minimium 15 years of relevant experiences in ship repairs or conversion environment.
• Able to interpret electrical schematic diagrams.
• Experienced in carrying out system testing with commissioning team and ship repairs works under tight schedules.
• Possess SSSC will be advantageous.
• Preferred candidate with experiences in Marine Operations and Shipyard environment.
• With shipyard Supervisor safety certification preferred.

- Willing to work under the sun and overtime, weekend or holiday, shift switching and able to work under pressure and condition such as not afraid of dirty, not afraid of tired.

- Willing to work as a Construction worker, can do the timber, rebar job, able to work at project site, structural work.

- Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, be bilingual, fluent in English & Chinese / Bangladesh.
