About the Role

The Head of KYC Operations - Financial Services is responsible for overseeing the KYC program for financial services products, ensuring it meets both regulatory and company compliance standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and scaling effective KYC processes and selecting market-appropriate KYC solutions. The ideal candidate has expertise in Southeast Asia's KYC operations, with strong product management skills, a background in AML compliance, and experience in BNPL or lending. Reporting to the Head of Global Payment Compliance, this individual will build and deliver high-quality KYC operations to support customer needs.

Key responsibilities

2. Building the KYC operations team and collaborating across functions to develop efficient processes that reduce user friction.
