As an expert consultant to bakeries, you will oversee various aspects of production, recipe development and quality control to ensure the creation of high-quality pastry products. Your role will involve both operational management and innovation to drive consistency, creativity and will also contribute to the company's growth by proposing and implementing new products and menu items that appeal to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring & Control:

- Offering ongoing support for recipe testing, ingredient sourcing and production enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in baking, pastry arts or related fields, with a focus on high-quality production and recipe development.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, train, and inspire bakery staffs.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, food safety standards and production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferably automotive-related.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Possess the ability to detect basic vehicle faults and problems.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of financial records of assigned companies
