As an Operational Control Analyst for the Asia Rice Platform, your role is to be a key financial partner to the platform, and be primarily responsible for timely reporting, monitoring and analysis of the Business Results and Exposures. You are required to understand the trade flows, strategies and to produce commentary and analysis as and when required. You will be responsible for the monthly closing process and working closely with near-shore Accounting. Main Responsibilities:

Position Description

The Relationship Manager (RM) is a key member of the team within Wealth Management, working with HNW / UHNW / Family Offices / EAM clients, leading corporates as well as institutional banks will bring you closer to success and fit within the department. Commercial Rating and Underwriting (CRU) sits within the Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) division and forms the institutional credit risk management function within American Express. Your role will involve assisting in external audits and continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimizing FX risk through prime broker (PB) position rolls

• Ensuring trades and positions are reconciled with PB

• Settlements with PB; brokerage, treasury and deliverable • Maximizing funding revenue by managing client funding bands, swap points and position skews

• Responsible for swaps and funding back office Treasury operations for LMAX Global

• Communicating any swaps and funding matters to other Treasury team members as necessary as well as escalating to COO/Sales teams as needed

• Developing Treasury MI reporting particularly in relation to funding revenue / KPI’s and ensuring regular production • Escalation of appropriate matters to the Treasury Mangers

• Validating PB charges

• Prime Broker (PB) relationship management and communications

• 3rd party trade (MT4) reconciliations oversight

• Developing more efficient systems and processes to

Experience Required:

• Sound academic track record

• Experience in and understanding of leveraged financial trading and swap products

• Understanding of FCA CASS rules and adhering to TCF guidelines

• Advanced level in Excel
