About This Role:-

The Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

Job Scope:

• Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer: Identify and verify customer identities, screen and assess related parties, ownership structures, adverse news searches at the onboarding stage and on a continuing basis

• Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism: Ensure that AML risk assessment for new customers before on-boarding are correctly performed and documented properly, conducting transaction monitoring

• Support internal and external audits and compliance with our regulators and banking partners for any Singapore related matters

• Support Singapore corporate governance matters

• Assist with other aspects of the business and special projects

Requirements to succeed

•Diploma / bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification, and/or 1 years of relevant work experience in Compliance in a bank or other MAS-regulated financial institution, KYC review/ AML transaction monitoring experience will be a bonus.

• Knowledge and familiarity with Singapore regulatory compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently.

• Proficiency with compliance management and screening software, e.g. World Check, etc.

• Expertise and familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.

• Independent and willing learner, driven, and looking to work in a start-up environment.

Job Description:

You will work with users, vendors and project managers to understand processes, pain points and create technical specifications. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software applications using various technologies like Java, C, C++.

• Perform month end closing process including journal entries preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations

Do you have related experience and are willing to take it further by learning how to defend an enterprise against cyber-attacks?

We are looking for Cyber Monitoring Analyst who will:

• Perform continuous cyber monitoring, analysis and initial response to cyber alerts
• Analyze malware to identify its behavior, assess the impact and mitigate accordingly
• Process Cyber intelligence in the form of IoCs and wider TTP reports
• Focus on triaging of IDS, Malware Protection Systems, AV and EDR alerts
• Recommend tuning or improvement of detection and mitigation capabilities
• Work with sandboxing and end-point technologies for intrusion investigations
• Collaborate with different stakeholders on various levels of organization

Your team:

You'll be working in the Cyber Security Operations Center team which is the backbone of the wider Cyber Defense function and is located in Singapore. You will be exposed to peer cyber and information security functions and will support day to day activities of cyber monitoring and response, hunting and detection engineering. We are a global team with presence in Switzerland, USA and Singapore focusing on pro-active defense capabilities supported by active intelligence consumption.

Your expertise:

• Knowledge of technologies and concepts such as SIEM, EDR, AD, Cloud, Networking, RegEx, Correlation rules, Windows/Linux and associated protocols and tools
• Ability to analyze and investigate various logs
• Experience working in Technical Operational Teams
• Experience or reasonable understanding of IT Security, Networks and Cyber Threat Landscape
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
• Positive attitude and interest in learning new skills
• Possession of at least one of the industry recognized cyber security certifications (CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, SANS GIAC) would be a huge benefit
