The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. • Ensure compliance to HSSE standards and requirements to make Shell Bukom a safe place to work, and accountable for all assigned which includes and not limited to design, adaption, and implementation of HSSE control framework, procedures, and practices in Shell.
• Perform field observations of contractor worker productivity on site by collecting productivity measurements data throughout the whole day until completion of work via Activity Analysis or other similar productivity measurement method. This observation to be done across maintenance, TA, and project construction.
