Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus).
• 5–8 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role; experience in the healthcare/medical industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
