Join our newly established Client Operations function of the Commodities and Global Markets group, where you will be utilising your Know Your Customer (KYC) and stakeholder engagement experience. You will be part of a global, high performing and accountable team, providing continuous support for relationship managers around the globe, but specifically for Asia-based sales staff.

What role will you play?
As a dedicated business partner, you will provide concierge style support to the group's relationship managers and clients to execute effective and efficient Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Additionally, you will ensure effective governance, controls and oversight to service KYC obligations for clients.
You will be required to rapidly build and maintain credible relationships with business, clients, operations and risk stakeholders and be client centric in all that you do.
What you offer
- 2 years of KYC/CLM experience in a financial services or consulting environment with business and client stakeholders
- Knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant collection and verification practices
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
