• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of period-end Fixed Asset (FA) reports (e.g. Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and the Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management and statutory reporting and audit reviews. Job Responsibilities:

Sensory Evaluation: Conduct sensory evaluation and ensure the overall status of incoming raw materials, compounding lab samples, and olfactive evaluation of aged stocks, including Local ERP & SAP transactions.

Documentation: Issue various documents and respond to technical enquiries raised internally or externally (e.g., by customers).

Investigations: Conduct investigations on customer complaint samples or rejected items.

Lab Stock Management: Ensure lab stock is sufficient for lab use.

Maintenance: Ensure preventive maintenance and external calibration of lab equipment is carried out duly.

Lab Operations: Ensure proper functioning and running of QC laboratories (Chemical, sensory, microbiology, retain sample room) in accordance with ISO9001, 5S, lean principles, ISO14000, and OSHAS 18001 standards and procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Assist and support in the implementation of continuous improvements in QA/QC functions.
