Stability Support

• Initiate sample placement - to retrieve samples from Storage and bring them to CTCH; and/or pull process - to retrieve samples from CTCH chamber and bring them to the respective labs for testing.
• Perform the physical testing so as to collect the stability results, according to the following methods: pH, rheology, viscosity, specific gravity, weight loss, color, appearance, consistency/cut-through/hardness, etc.
• Perform precise and accurate chemical testing of various products using HPLC, Titration (Auto and Manual), GC, RI, UV-Vis Spectrophometer.
• Upload the stability test results of the samples into the Lab Information Management (LIMS) System for recording and tracking purposes.
• Conduct investigations on deviations in test results

CTCH Management

• Manage day-to-day in-and-out movement of stability samples and housekeeping of the chambers in CTCH.
• Manage inventory of stability samples and ancillary items.
• Prepare stability samples for placement into the chambers including unboxing samples, pasting of labels, and aliquoting materials.
• Conduct checks (such as appearance check, weight check) on samples upon a pull as required.
• Facilitate disposal of inventory ior expired physical samples.

Analytical Laboratory Operation Support

• Check that the laboratory safety equipment such as the eye-wash device, is in good working condition and notify the HSE dept when it is not.
• Review, purchase and maintain the inventory of chemicals and lab consumables in the analytical lab.
• Change or top up water carboy for ultrapure water, H2 generators on a weekly basis.
• Manage empty chemical bottles through proper labels and place at designated flammable waste cabinet, acid and base trays daily.
• Collect dirty glassware for cleaning by external contractors and returning the cleaned glassware to their respective cabinets on alternate days.
• Empty sonic bath water weekly.
• Ensure ZPT storage has fresh and dry silica gel on a weekly basis.
• Carry out basic maintenance activities on laboratory equipment on a daily basis.
• Conduct preliminary troubleshooting in the event of laboratory equipment malfunctioning.

Job Description:

• Responsible for all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, Revenue Recognition
• Lead, coordinate and direct the preparation of all budget and financial forecasts, variance reporting
• Lead and be responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process
• Manage and comply with Singapore reporting requirements and tax fillings
• Prepare, report and publish timely monthly and quarterly finance statements
• Responsible for preparation, completion and publication of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial results announcement in accordance to Singapore Stock Exchange listing rules and requirements
• Responsible for financial reporting, internal controls and risk management reporting, regulatory reporting, and annual budget of the Group to the management and the Board
• Ensure good corporate governance, compliance with Singapore Stock Exchange Listing Rules and requirements, Companies Act and any other applicable laws and regulations of the Company and the Group
• Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• CA (Singapore) member of other reputable international accountancy membership (e.g. ACCA/CPA Australia and etc)
• Minimum 10 years' experience of accounting, finance, and treasury
• Demonstrated capability in leading and managing a team
• Proficient in both English and Chinese for liaison with Mandarin speaking stakeholders

IT Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems;
• Ensure IT Tickets are properly logged and followed up with timely escalation to the supervisor and vendors;
• Support of business application systems consist of but not limited to DMS (Dealer Management System) and CRM (Customer Management System);
• Ensure proper workflow and documentation of business application systems are in place in the areas of application data backups, housekeeping process, project documentation, application disaster recovery procedures, application licenses and inventory;
• Ensure applications conform to stakeholder requirements, reviewing and updating of software design architecture, technical documents, maintaining and enhancing existing application systems;
• Work closely with business functions on business application projects, assist and participate in the design and development of new/upgraded of these systems, liaising with vendors to support established specifications and requirements;
• Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and reporting progress and issues to project management and relevant teams;
• Perform periodical audit and security review in the domain of business application systems, accounts, design, architecture to ensure setup adhering to IT Governance and Compliance requirements;

• Possess strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and able to communicate requirements and issues clearly and concisely;
• Experience in the implementation and support of business application systems utilizing technologies in the areas of Microsoft solutions;
