A Presales Consultant is responsible for the entire sale cycle from the product and technical perspectives. Presales support the sales manager in the sales process by taking part in and leading the related activities and by contributing to the process based on the knowledge of the customer's environment and needs.

Presales are expected to conduct presentations, demonstrations, solution engineering, sales documentation, price quotations and etc.

The company is searching for a team-oriented player who can work with the sales team as a subject matter expert who can understand the requirements, environment, and strategic directions of the customer and the solutions competitive environment in order to lead successful presales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Work closely with the sales team as well as business partners in articulating solutions to customers.
• Gather technical requirements, understand customers’ problems and devise feasible solutions.
• Provide high-quality technical consultation, design and cost-effective proposal that would meet customer’s requirements in a timely manner.
• Review RFx requirements, write solution proposal, and assure coherence and suitability of the entire response to the customer’s needs.
• Attend to technical compliances and defend the responses.
• Enabling new sales opportunities by constantly gathering information about customers' new requirements and changes in customers' technical environment.
• Work with partners to find new solutions and form strategic relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience & Knowledge:Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience in a presale position in the telecommunication, IP telephony or data networking industry in the APAC region.
• In-depth telecommunication, IP telephony, and data networking domain knowledge.
• Sound understanding of mobile network (EPC, IMS, 5GC), virtualization/containerization (NFVi, Cloud), networking, and emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, IoT).
• Professional certification in the respective areas will be considered favorably.
• R&D or software development background will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support for all brands within the Mary Chia Group
• Provide services to customers in accordance to the company's quality standards
• Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the outlet
• Check and maintain product supplies
• Replace soiled linen in treatment rooms
• Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
• Establishing good rapport with customers
• Handle customers’ requests and inquiries when necessary including setting appointment with customers and ensure follow up
• Ensure stocks in the outlet are within expiry dates and restocks supplies when necessary
• Promote service packages and beauty products to customers

Requirements

• Preferably with experience in Facial treatment
• Possess relevant ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO, or NITEC Beauty Certifications
• Experience in selling beauty products and treatment in a professional and convincing manner

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance of security-related systems (Anti-Virus, Firewalls, Content filtering, Intrusion Prevention, Vulnerability Management tools, Client VPN, MFA etc.)
• Perform and/or support technical security assessments, security consulting, design reviews, code reviews, and vulnerability testing to highlight risk
• Using tools and automation to proactively monitor and assure latency compliance and quickly respond to any issues
• Successfully receive technical escalations and independently provide solutions to resolve high impacting network incidents. Expertly conduct root-cause analysis for major problems and drive the troubleshooting to resolution
• Conduct cyber risk assessment in support of technology initiatives to help identify IT related risk and determine appropriate controls to mitigate risks. • Monitor, track, and manage risk mitigations and exceptions and ensure adequate monitoring capability is incorporated into solutions.

Skills Required:

• The successful candidate will have 10+ years experience in a similar position in an equivalent Financial Services firm; (candidates without financial services experience can also be considered if they have exceptional technical networking skills especially from service provider/ carrier, or network equipment resellers)
• Hands-on experience with Data Network skills; expert IP routing and LAN switching troubleshooting skills
• An excellent knowledge of data networking principles as well as an excellent knowledge of the specific technologies to manage and support high-speed networks;
• Expert-level ability to decode packet captures and identify network and application issues;
• Hardware: Cisco Switches and Routers, Juniper Switches and Routers, Arista Switches, Nortel/BNT Switches, Adva and Ciena DWDM, F5 BigIP Load Balancers;
• Ethernet technologies: SPT, 812.1Q, VPC, Multilayer Switching; VXLAN ; Leaf-Spine IP Fabric
• WAN technologies: SONET/SDH, MPLS, Classic TDM;
• Protocols: OSPF, BGP, RIP, TCP/IP;
• Multicast routing: PIM, IGMP, MSDP;
• Expert-level ability to decode packet captures and identify network and application issues.
• Low Latency Specific Tools: Corvil Latency Management Platform, Endace Probes, nPulse Hammerhead probes;
• Certifications: CCIE or equivalent is desirable. Juniper, Arista certifications (either one) required;
• Financial Market Data, Client and Exchange connectivity is a strong plus;
• Experience with scripting languages, and/or network deployment automation / orchestration tools is a strong plus
